We’re doing charity stuff again!
February 2, 2015In February, our Manufacturing Technician, Mark Simpson will be supporting the local community by taking part in a sponsored walk.
Mark will embark on the 11.3 mile walk from Crigglestone All Blacks to Castleford Tigers to raise money for changing room improvements at Crigglestone All Blacks.
The walk will take place on 8 February, the day of the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats opening game of the season.
The club are hoping to raise £3000 to make improvements to the changing room facilities including, new showers and a hot water system.
Those taking part will leave the Crigglestone All Blacks ARLFC ground at 10am on 8 February, aiming to reach the Castleford Tigers ground before the start of the opening game.
We think Mark and his friends deserve a big pat on the back for their Sunday morning dedication – we’ll all be cheering them on from our warm, cosy living rooms!
