Wybone at LARAC Conference and Celebration Awards 2025

It’s time for one last stop on our roadshow and this year’s exhibition calendar, and we’re heading back to Birmingham for the LARAC Conference and Celebration Awards 2025, taking place at the Hilton Metropole on 8 and 9 October. This year’s event is extra special as LARAC celebrates its 40th anniversary, bringing together more than 500 delegates from local authorities across the UK.

What we are showcasing

Food waste remains one of the most important topics for local authorities, so we are bringing a full selection of bins designed to meet Environmental Act legislation. On the stand you can see our FWWB/240 foot pedal wheelie bin, our FWB/60 post mounted bin, and the MDB/60 food waste bin which has been deployed on street in Tower Hamlets. Together these products show how we can support councils with both on street and back of house food waste collection.

We are also bringing our MLB/112/ECO litter bin with vape away coating. This unit offers the strength and durability of hot dipped galvanised steel combined with an innovative coating that resists graffiti and staining. It is already proving popular with councils looking for long term value and reduced maintenance.

Visitors will also be able to see the Mr Fill solar powered smart bin. As the exclusive UK distributor, we are showcasing how compactor technology reduces emptying frequency and helps councils cut carbon emissions.

Depending on space we may also bring one of our recycling bins designed for shopping centres and indoor arenas to demonstrate how our products can support local authorities managing waste in partnership with private sector facilities.
