BMB2/40T Transparent Security Litter Bin

This Security Litter Bin is manufactured from durable, British bought galvanised steel with transparent polycarbonate panels to all sides and four large apertures to maximise litter collection.

This unit has a 112 litre capacity with internal litter deflectors that ensure the deposited items fall securely into the waiting wire frame liner, which is holding the clear waste bag in place. As with all of our metal litter bins, this bin comes with a standard 10 year anti-perforation warranty and a 1 year parts and labour guarantee.

All our products come with a 2 year parts and labour guarantee. Our galvanised steel products, like this security bin, come with a 12 year anti-perforation warranty.

The transparent polycarbonate panels make the contents of the bin visible, allowing any suspect packages to be easily identified and immediately removed. The 2mm hot dipped galvanised steel ensures a secure manufacture and makes the bin difficult to damage.

Transparent units help to prevent cross contamination of waste, as people using the bin can immediately see what waste is being collected.

Ideally this bin is used as an external litter bin for general waste; however, it can be used to collect any waste stream.

The BMB2/40T Transparent Litter Bin is best suited for security sensitive environments such as airports, shopping centres and museums, ideal for areas where safety and security is paramount.

This unit comes as standard with pre-drilled holes for ground fixing. We recommend using RAWL bolts to secure your unit, however we do have other fixing options available.

You will be provided with a T-shaped universal key that unlocks the front opening door; this allows easier access to the wire frame liner for convenient emptying and refilling.

This unit can be customised to suit your needs. Our full range of ashtrays can be fitted to the top of the bin to ensure that those areas where smoking is permitted can be kept clean and tidy of cigarette ends. This bin can be manufactured in a range of colours, including textured finishes, just take a look at our standard steel powder coating colours to see which you prefer.

We also offer a choice of lid types; why not opt for a peaked lid to discourage anti-social behaviour? This prevents people sitting on the top or leaving rubbish on it.
