The Console Double Recycling Bin is a two compartment recycling bin with a curved front to add a contemporary touch to modern environments.
What is this bin manufactured from?
This two in one bin is manufactured from 2mm hot dipped galvanised steel, expertly primed and powder coated in your choice of RAL colour; a sloped lid prevents any litter being left on top of the unit. The magnetic catch double doors make this bin easy to open and quick to empty. It comes as standard with WRAP iconography to the aperture fascia plates.
What capacity is this bin?
The Console Double Recycling Bin has a large 160 litre capacity with two separate compartments to collect your chosen waste stream, keeping it segregated to avoid cross contamination. Each compartment can collect up to 80 litres of waste / recycling.
Where should I put this bin?
The stylish curved design is ideal for contemporary interiors such as office spaces or universities, with a large capacity and the ability to collect 2 waste streams in just one unit. This two in one bin has convenient front opening doors for easy emptying and is best placed against a wall.
How do I empty this bin?
Simply unlock one side of the front opening doors using the provided Torpedo Key; releasing the door from the magnetic catch opens the other side. The bin comes with two internal L5 Galvanised Steel Liners each with an 80 litre capacity, that can be easily pulled out using the exterior handles. Castors can be added to the liners to make emptying an even easier task.
This bin is fitted with a hinged self-locking door, so simply pushing it shut will lock it in place. Nylon glides are also fitted to the base of the bin to stop any marking of floors.
Can I customise this bin?
The Console Double Recycling Bin is available with your choice of waste streams, which come with coloured aperture fascia plates and standard WRAP iconography.
You can choose from a large range of our standard powder coating colours or contact us for a quotation for your own specific colour. This bin is customisable and can be manufactured with options such as lift-up lids to contain smells and vinyl artwork to the front panel.
Does this bin come with any warranties?
As with all of our galvanised steel litter bins, this Torpedo bin comes with a standard 1 year parts and labour guarantee and a 10 year anti-perforation warranty, this guarantees the surface of our products from rusting through completely. You can read the benefits of galvanised steel here.

We manufacture all of our products from scratch at our factory in South Yorkshire. Each item is handcrafted to the highest specification, with lots of Wybone TLC. We estimate that this item will be with you within TBC from receipt of payment. Large quantity orders may be subject to an extended lead time during busy periods.
Orders placed before 1PM are processed the same working day, otherwise they are processed the next working day.
