When can you return goods to us?

When you purchase goods from us, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. Once you have received your item(s) from us if you feel that there is a fault with the item(s) or that it is not what you had ordered, then we will either replace the item(s) for you or offer you a refund subject to a 15% restocking fee.

In the case of custom ordered units, if there is no fault and the goods are as ordered, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the item has been especially made to your specification and cannot be resold.

Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be made within 3 working days by calling 01226 352318.

How can you return goods to us?

Once you have received your goods, should you wish to return them the responsibility falls completely upon you.

We will process your return / refund once we have received the goods back from you in the original packing that they were sent to you in.
