Unless otherwise agreed, all sales made by Wybone Ltd are made on these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions of sale or any terms supplied with any order form or other document provided by you will be binding on Wybone Ltd unless confirmed in writing by a director of Wybone Ltd. Wybone Ltd is referred to as “the company”. (The headings are for the purpose of convenience and not interpretation.)
Goods
All goods are manufactured to order. As a result of continuing product development, the specification or design of goods may vary from that shown. You are responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular purpose. Although every care has been taken for an exact match, please note that the colour shades shown are for guidance only and should not be used for colour matching purposes.
All images are for example purposes only and may not be representative of the final product ordered.
Prices
All prices shown on our website show the VAT exclusive price. Wybone Ltd reserves the right to change the advertised price before you place an order.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made via the website for your online order to be processed. We accept credit and debit card payments along with Paypal, which are secure and monitored. If for any reason you cannot process payment online, please contact us to arrange a different payment method. If for any reason we suspect fraudulent activity is taking place from your account we will not sell the goods, and for this reason we reserve the right to refuse any order.
Placing Orders & Dispatch of Goods
All our waste bins are made to order. Orders are only accepted when we dispatch them. We will endeavour for express orders received before 1pm to dispatch the next working day. Express orders of more than 10 waste bins received before 1pm will endeavour to dispatch within 3 working days. All other orders are subject to our production lead times which can be found in the individual product information or on our lead times page. Dispatch information is given in good faith. We cannot be held liable for any costs arising from late dispatch. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any other reason, which includes the following: The funds requested from you to fulfill the order do not clear; We have made a pricing or product description error; We are unable to fulfill the order quantity; We believe you are not using our website appropriately.
Communication
We will keep you fully informed as to where we’re up to with your order informing you by text and email when we dispatch your order following which you will be able to track the delivery of your order.

We work with a third party delivery service to achieve this prompt delivery service, however the service may be subject to adverse weather conditions and road networks. We cannot therefore be held liable for any costs arising from late delivery. We assume that access is available for vehicles for all deliveries and for HGV’s for larger orders. Deliveries are door-to-door at an external access level on the ground floor and the driver can not be expected to take them inside the property. We request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Please ensure that your goods are inspected, prior to signature for damage. Any damages observed must be documented on the carriers note.
Quality Assurance
We pride ourselves on manufacturing the best waste bins in Britain. Our BSI certified ISO 9001:2008 quality management system (Certificate Number FM 568187) includes product quality assurance and inspection at all stages of production to monitor product quality and confirm at each stage of production that product quality is met. Special attention is paid to packaging products to prevent the risk of damages in transit.
Damages & Rejecting Goods
Customers may reject goods following receipt if they find that they are incorrect or have been damaged in transit in which case they are required to notify Wybone within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Customers need to email [email protected]. When notified of such an occurrence Wybone will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement or full refund issued.
Unwanted goods
If you decide that you have made a mistake or you change your mind then you must advise us that you are cancelling and returning your order, by emailing [email protected] no later than 7 days following receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We will then arrange collection of the goods, however you will normally be asked to pay the carriage charges – we could offer this for ‘free’, but of course there’s really no such thing, we would just have to recover the costs in our prices. We would rather be completely honest with you, keep our prices as low as possible, and just ask you to pay if you choose to return anything. The cost of carriage will be deducted from the refund due.
Our Product Guarantee
We are so confident in our products that if in the unlikely event that something goes wrong within the first year after purchase then we will happily refund or replace the item. Please email us at [email protected] to advise us of the problem.
Manufacture
Wybone Ltd reserves the right to, from time to time, at Wybone Ltd’s sole discretion, alter the technical specifications of any of its products on an order-by-order basis dependent on supply chain demand & design limitations. All changes will be assessed by our internal design team to ensure any alternate materials used will still be suitable for the product in question.

Whilst using our website you agree not to infringe the copyright of our websites and catalogues or any other intellectual property (for example by copying and reusing images). Our websites and catalogues are produced as accurately as possible, but to the fullest extent permitted by the law we make no representations, warranties (express or implied) with respect to the content. We only compensate/refund up to the total price of the goods.
